Delete account and data

Overview

The M-KART app is a professional application (B2B). Accounts are managed by the administrator of the deploying company or by AUPOS IQ GmbH; there is no deletion function directly in the app. You can have your account and the associated personal data deleted by sending a short email request.

How to request deletion

• Send an email to datenschutz@aupos-iq.de with the subject "Kontolöschung M-KART" (M-KART account deletion).
• State your username and your company so that we can identify the account unambiguously.
• We will confirm receipt and arrange for the deletion once we have reviewed the request.

What is deleted

After review, your user account and the associated personal data are deleted on the server side by AUPOS IQ GmbH or by your company's administrator. You can remove data stored locally on your device by signing out and uninstalling the app.

Please note: order-related and business data may be subject to statutory retention obligations. The extent to which, and the period for which, such data is retained on the server side is determined by the operating company.
